Should you have a support issue, please use the following as a support guideline in order that we may continue to provide all of our customers with the premium level of support that each have come to expect.
We would first ask that you review any notes or documentation received at the time of your purchase, and/or you may review our FAQ section to see if the answers you seek are available and can provide any assistance. Should this fail, you can try our live on-line chat assistant or forward an email outlining the problem you are currently experiencing. If any of these options do not resolve your problem, we then recommend using our Support Ticketing request service. All requests are logged, tracked and dealt with in a priority severity level process.
